Went with my siblings, really enjoyed it! I did ask for water but I think he forgot! I’ve been to creams in Worcester and in Birmingham. I think the prices are good too, they have a selection of desserts and cakes! Would definitely come again :)

Went for desserts at creams after watching a movie, at the light cinema. Brought 2 waffles and a shake, which came to 21 pounds. Although the waffle was nice, don’t think it warrants the price. The toppings were nice but found it strange that they charge 45p for whipped
cream, which no other desserts ,in my experience have done so.

Friendly and polite staff who ensured that our desserts were served as quickly as possible.
We were sat in an end booth which was a great spot. The menu was vast, with lots of different dessert options and milkshakes.
A nice treat as a little expensive.

What an experience, I say this expression as the facade shouldn't judge what the inside should be like. I was so surprised by how clean, hip and aesthetically pleasing the restaurant was, from the dessert bar to the boots, it was sensational.
We ordered an Oreo Waffle, Bubble Pop Waffle, and an Ice Cream Sundae, all dishes were presented beautifully and were served by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The staff there were so respectful to their customers, that they specially made us an egg-free waffle which was made from scratch, very professional and caring.
The prices are very reasonable and I would definitely come back again with friends and family very soon.KEEP IT UP!!

Visited late 10pm after the cinema- not cheap but great selection of desserts and drinks and was a nice treat! Staff were friendly, polite & unobtrusive. Small booths (comfortably for four) or larger seating areas available would accommodate different size parties of people. We visited at a very quiet time so no problem with service or wait time. Nice experience 😀

It was ok, went to try as we normally go to iglu round the corner, 50% off waffles and pancakes, to be told at the till that it was only for two items on the menu, course it was. The ice cream was disgusting, it was supposed to be salted caramel, but I think it was a different ice cream all together as it's never tasted like that before, well back to my normal waffle place.

I went to creams today after a trip to Mothercare with my husband and 12 week baby.
We were greeted and given a booth so we had plenty of space to park the pram next to our table. My husband gave our orders whilst i took our baby to the baby changing facilities which were very clean.
I had cookie dough with custard and had a scoop of coconut ice cream as an extra. The dessert was heavenly and i would recommend to anyone.
The staff were polite and friendly. I would definately come here in the future.

We love all the new dessert shops opening up and have tried some of the others so wanted to see what Creams had to offer.
First impressions were very good; nice central location and great access from all the main transport links and shopping centre. The building looks great and very inviting.
We had a warm welcome from the staff when we came in, it was a shame to see that it was so quiet as it was Saturday lunchtime and all the local restaurants were very busy. However, we were the only people in Creams.
We were seated in one of the cosy booths and everything was very clean and the layout was lovely as you could see the delicious ice creams on display. The menu had a lot to offer and it was hard picking one thing! Ordering was straightforward. I had cookie dough Oreo and my daughter had the strawberry one. We also had a smoothie and hot chocolate.
The order came quickly and looked fantastic. The staff did a really good job. It was delicious but VERY sweet, maybe a little overly sweet for me. I still ate it all though!
The only thing I can find fault with are the prices. A cookie dough cost £7.75 and a smoothie was just under £5 so if you came with a family it would be very expensive. Other dessert shops in the area are cheaper so it may explain why there were so few customers. Personally I thought that £5.50 would have been a better price for cookie dough and about £3.50 would be more appropriate for the smoothie.

Two words: banoffee crepes. Absolutely amazing. Sometimes a wait to be served if busy, and unfortunately usually a reminder of the problem of homelessness right outside, but if you fancy a sweet treat this is a great place.

Ordered the ferrero rocher waffle and a scoop of pistachio and chocolate fudge ice cream. The waffle was flavoursome and wasn't overly sweet. (Although I wasn't too fond of the hazelnut ice cream that it was served with - it was too overpowering). The chocolate fudge ice cream tasted exactly like Ben and Jerry's which is always a positive. The pistachio ice-cream was okay but I've tasted better, it wasn't creamy enough for my liking. Our waitress was very helpful and service was nice and fast. This is a VERY spacious place and the booths can easily seat six people comfortably. There is also additional seating for smaller or larger parties. The decor of this place was very well thought out and adds to its uniqueness. The menu had an endless number of delicious options - a must go.
