It was well-ventilated and there was a sizable selection of desserts. Some of the desserts were quite similar and thus were lacking. The sundaes were not as big as I had hoped, so next time i will order a milkshake. Asking for water is recommended due to the burning caused by the sweetness. Preparation of desserts was speedy and to a high standard finish. Prices are slightly disproportionate to dessert sizes. Toilets may be inefficient in high customer frequency situations as there is a single cubicle to boys, girls & disabled. There was a lot of water on the floor in the toilet which can be expected for the time of day. Overall, aesthetic was good and food was mediocre.

It's ok if you like desserts. Full of groups of kids with bad manners not really suitable for families. Staff friendly but service slow

Chocolate & strawberry indulgence very nice. Staff friendly even if quiet for aa Saturday 14.30. Prices are high especially for a 330ml bottle of coke

We really liked the service friendly & helpful. Space well designed too, coffee hot chocolate desserts all yum yum, I noticed there is a lot of plastic which needs to be a choice( due to plastic invasion) Don't assume I want a straw I don't!

Best Waffles ever! Perfectly light fluffy and not to sweet. Banoffee is my favourite so far! Service is always amazing!
