Exceptional service. My mother and I were travelling up to Birmingham, from Wales, for a music event and needed to get back home the same night for various reasons. I messaged excelsior cars before booking and had a quick response that answered all my questions. Kamar, the driver, whatsapped us earlier in the day to confirm which street he would be waiting at nearby Utilita arena and was very friendly and happy to talk on our journey home. Will definitely use again and recommend very highly.

Fantastic service! Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Clean, comfortable and very spacious car and Kamran was a great host to get us where we needed to be. If you’re landing in BHX, I’d definitely recommend these guys.

They were very professional and friendly, unfortunately we had a change of circumstances and had to change dates etc, Excelsior accommodated all our requirements and exceeded what we expected. Fabulous experience. Booked online for airport transfers the night before. Received a phone call assuring me they had availability. Paid online then had a text with confirmation and the drivers details. Drivers were very friendly and overall so much less stress than driving and airport parking. We will use again!

I would recommend Excelsior Cars, very easy to book online & reasonably priced. Communication was great, Abid picked us up from Birmingham Airport & was able to assist in a slight change to our return pick-up time with driver Amo. Would definitely use this service again.

Very pleased with the service. Kept informed once booked and process to follow as we had a return pick up from Birmingham airport.. It was a early morning pickup and driver shakeel was bang on time to pick me and the family and return Bilal was there as soon as we landed.. Will certainly use again. Highly recommended.
