Had a phone call from the owner- Abid. He was very apologetic to our situation, and explained their terms etc, and what would happen if picking up from airport.
He refunded the £10, which I was very grateful for, and he said that they could learn from. this experience, which I hope they do, because as stated, the service was good, it was only let down at the end.

Process was very easy to book, and turned up on time. Issue was that we were then charged extra £10 for a “waiting fee” for 10 mins.
We paid £96 for the people carrier, going to and from a festival. The company would not change our pick up time, or pick up from where the festival organisers instructed.
If we were at an airport, with delays, would we still get charged the same.

Mixed feelings on this company. We went with them because from the outside they looked better than the others, and the reviews were good. The car turned up on time and the driver was fine, but unfortunately we feel let down by other aspects. We paid £96 for a mini bus to do a 7 mile journey and pick us up again. Crazy money anyway, but we wanted to make sure we were paying for a secure booking. For our money we got NO flexibility. The car would pick us up at a set time and wouldn't rearrange. There were dedicated taxi collection points at the festival, and the driver wasn't keen to use those. Then, because it took a little longer to get through the queues to the car we were charged an extra £10 wait fee. This should have been assumed and accounted for in the charge, given that we paid so much for it in the first place. Seriously disappointed. A real shame.

Competively priced and reliable. Arrived on time, and were flexible when faced with last minute changes to flight landing times. Very friendly driver and the large vehicle provided for a comfortable transfer with luggage. Will definately use again

My driver was Kam. He was excellent - very professional and personable. He communicated with me via text from the moment our plane arrived to say he was there and to let him know when we had picked up my luggage. When leaving the airport he was right there and assisted with my suitcase. He was nice and chatty on the way home. I fully recommend Excelsior taxis

The taxi arrived on time and our driver was not at all phased by the diversions around the airport.
On our return there was a message waiting as soon as we turned our phones on after landing with instructions.

Highly recommend Excelsior. Booking process was simple. Received a sms from our courteous driver Shak shortly after landing with instructions. Called him after collecting luggage and he was waiting outside the airport after a few minutes. Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend.

We booked Excelsior cars for a business travel from London to Birmingham. Our driver Shak was very accommodating and went above and beyond, when one of the travellers left their phone behind in the car. Shak returned to the drop off destination the next morning to reunite the phone with their owner. Will certainly book again.

Journey to and from Birmingham Airport. The online booking process was simple and I received a response to confirm the booking straight away. Shak turned up right on time and there was really clear communication on where to meet him at the airport. He was helpful and polite and drove carefully. First time using Excelsior cars but would definitely book them for an airport run again, as they are one of the few local taxis that provide baby/child seats. Excellent service, thank you!

Excellent service. We had broken down in Birmingham about 2 hours away from home. After checking with several other companies Excelsior was the only company to call back. They were on the spot within 30 mins, loaded our luggage, and provided a worry-free journey home. 6 passenger vehicle was spotless and clean. The driver was friendly, professional, and courteous. We had several interesting conversations along the way. Excellent price compared to our local services. Great overall experience.
