Wow, I haven't even used the services of this company yet but so far I am really impressed. I am currently arranging transportation for two trips, one in April and one in May. I only started looking into it yesterday, and already the dates have been submitted and confirmed to me, a provisional booking has been made by Abid, and Abid even called me today just to confirm what he had done and to thank me for using the company. As a professional travel writer, I am confident that my follow-up review following my journeys with this company will be good if the initial communication and service is anything to go by!

I needed a new way to travel from Birmingham to Tenbury Wells on regular basis so I decided to give these guys a go and I have been using them ever since and every weekend now for the last year and a half...or there-abouts. Met Adrees for the first time today and had a great journey and a great chat. All the guys here have always been welcoming and freindly. Always on time and communication is great too. I found this business online on the day I needed airport transfer. At first I was skeptical as I did not know the company. Based on good google reviews I decided to hire for a return trip. My online request for quote was responded to within 20 mins followed by a phone call to explain further. Shak arrived at my house on time which allowed us to pack my bag in the car at ease. He was professional and helpful throughout the process. We arrived at the airport on time and he picked us up a week later on arrival. We appreciate your service and the value you attach to the services you provide.

Fantastic service from Excelsior Cars. Highly recommend you use this professional company. Our driver was a true professional, who took good care of us. The executive car we travelled in was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our train was cancelled due to inclement weather and we booked Excelsior at short notice, but they were amazing in making sure we got to our destination on time. Will be using in future.

From start to finish this company and Abid have done everything to make our unfortunate diversion to Birmingham as seamless as possible. Booked the car near midnight. This was confirmed and reassurance given. Met at arrivals and Abid took special care of my elderly parents. The weather was atrocious but at our drop off point Abid allowed my parents to stay in his warm car whilst I moved snow off the windows and warmed up the car. I wish this firm lived closer to me as I’d use them regularly. We all felt truly cared for and our worries melted away when Abid was in charge.

I needed a car at short notice to go from Birmingham to Glasgow on a Friday night. Excelsior were brilliant - found a driver and got us there, and at a reasonable price. Excellent communications from their control throughout. Would definitely use them again.
