I was so impressed with Excelsior Cars. I booked them at relatively short notice on the day I was due to travel. The communication was excellent, costs very reasonable and the driver, Kam, was absolutely lovely. He couldn’t have been more courteous and kind. The journey was moderate length but time flew by. I was so impressed, I decided to book again for my return journey to save me the uncertainty of the trains. A wonderful experience.

What a wonderful company. Requested a taxi for a moderate length of drive and at short notice too. Within an hour, I was contacted confirming they could transported me to where I needed to go. Communication was excellent and my lovely driver, Kam was hospitable, courteous and so friendly. I would have no hesitation recommended this company to anyone else. Could praise them and higher.

We were picked up from the Birmingham Airport on Saturday, August 6th by Idrees. From the minute we made contact with him via phone, he was FANTASTIC! He was on-time, clearly accessible and so helpful! After a long flight and wait in baggage claim- he made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was a long drive to Brill, and he kept us entertained the whole ride with facts and interesting travel stops throughout the area. He was safe, friendly and super knowledgeable about London and the English countryside! We would 100% recommend him and your company, and reserve both for ourselves again too! My 7 year old son and I booked a transfer from BHX to our home in Coventry.
Our flight was a late one. And was delayed by over an hour. So when we met our driver Kam at arrivals at nearly 4am, his friendly and helpful demeanour was just what was needed.
The journey home was seamless, and again Kam was engaging and a pleasure to talk to.
I recommend Excelsior unreservedly but more so Kam.

We used Excelsior for our family holiday transfer to and from Gatwick Airport. I cannot fault the service and professionalism of the company. Their driver, Shak, was so helpful and such a good driver. I’m probably hyper critical of my fellow drivers but no such issues with Shak. Top man. Top firm.

Can’t recommend Excelsior Cars enough. I found them by Googling Birmingham/Walsall taxis. It was so Easy to book online, very competitive pricing, clear confirmation/instructions for airport pick up and a delight to be driven by such a personable individual. Will definitely use again.
