I got my MOT and service done there. Staff were welcoming and great. They also valeted my car which was next on my list. Would use again but the only downside was that they don't do Saturdays so may mot be convenient to use them next time.

Everything about this business is professional reliable and friendly just had car back from a diagnostic problem and a new battery fitted and full service at the moment Everything seems to be going well I did have a fault with one of the fuel injectors but hopefully everything is okay but if u have to take it back for the same fault then there will be no charge for diagnostic check only for supply + fit so I was advised to use the car more as its a diesel and short journeys as I only using average 20 miles a day no good for engine so for that reason I will use it more see how things develop.

I’ve never before been to a repair garage where the car is already in the workshop being assessed before you’ve left the premises. (My usual experience with a mainstream dealer is that I drop off my car at 8:30am and I’m still waiting for it at 6pm). So, well done Fitch for being so prompt. Fitch are also good at communicating on progress during the repair. Clean and tidy reception area and plenty of offers for hot drinks. Excellent IT for billing and payment. All in all, an excellent and seamless experience.

Absolutely brilliant. Fitch, did a BMW warranty standard service at less than half the price BMW quoted, and updated the idrive with the service history, and provided me a courtesy car. Cannot complain
