I was really happy with the service I received from Fitch Autos. I was having an issue with my gears crunching intermittently. The technician inspected my vehicle for several hours to try and identify the fault. On this occasion the issue didn’t present itself and the technician was really honest with me and helpful. Also the garage kindly didn’t charge me for the time they had spent looking for a fault. Would definitely recommend and will be returning if I need further work done on my car! 😊

A very professional company who managed to diagnose an ongoing problem I had that previous garages could not solve. They booked me in quickly and provided a courtesy car which meant there was minimal disruption to my working week. The repairs were carried out and the vehicle is running perfectly. In addition other items were flagged that will need attention in the future. Thank you i will definitely return.

I got my Hubby's car fixed here. Fitch Autos are exceptionally good. Initially my hubby booked his car in another garage, they kept the car over 2 weeks before returning it saying they can't solve the problem and to take it to Audi. I was recommended Fitch Autos by Trade centre Wednesbury, so I booked the car with them. They were able to recognise the fault within hours and fixed it within a week. It now drives like a dream. Will recommend this place.

Booked car in for its mot, it needed repairs, so the guys at fitch autos quoted me and even gave me the option to spread the cost at no extra fees, the service was excellent from start to Finnish, always kept informed, very friendly and professional too, the car feels so much better now than before, I'd recommend fitch autos, for there sheer quality.

Quite simply the best garage I’ve used in 55 years of motoring. There appears to be nothing they can’t fix, even when main dealers have given up. I and my family have used them for everything, including binding brakes, failed turbo, timing belt and water pump replacement, immobiliser fault, complete loss of engine oil (a real Sherlock Holmes job), in fact more repairs than I can remember … oh, and routine servicing, which I suspect is more thorough than main dealers. Prices are fair, and customer service is excellent. What’s not to like?

This is the first time that I have used Fitch Autos. I have to say that from initial contact to completion of the work the service was 5 star. I needed my car sorting quickly as I am a nurse and need my car for my job. The receptionist was so helpful got me in the following morning with a courtesy car at no extra charge. The communication whilst the work was being done was second to non. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. Faultless.
