Both Ben & Steve Franklin were extremely helpful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed every step of the way. Simon and Michael picked up our furniture to put into storage until the transport day and they also then delivered the items to the house in France. They were both very friendly and courteous and telephoned to advise ETA on both sides. The whole operation was very smooth and efficient and I have nothing but praise for this company. First of all, our sellers had not yet vacated the property. So the guys had to work with limited space along with being given several alternative instructions. However, Simon and Michael rose above the challenge and worked with the utmost patience, and professionalism.
We would also like to include a brief review from our French counterparts. They were thoroughly impressed with Simon and Michael. The lady owner said that they worked really quickly and quietly. Also, that they were friendly and nice.
So we would definitely recommend Franklin's for the service.
