New local cinema. Excellent location with good parking (free on the shopping center over the road). Great picture quality and sound...only real negative is that they could work harder on keeping the litter down

Really impressed. Love it. Almost top marks and would be if not for having to pay for parking as Vue, Bentley Bridge, Showcase have free parking. A much awaited replacement for the old ABC.

Great staff, very polite and helpful.
Tickets are a great price, accepts meerkat movie codes, the snacks are cheap.
The seats are staggered, so it doesn't matter if a tall person sits in front of you.
It's licensed.

Very good Cinema, they've lost the 'new carpet' smell though now (it was only opened a few months ago! lol - We've been a few times; they need to sort out the ticket machines as they simply don't work, staffing when we were there was fine and they were helpful. Free refill on a large drink too, which is a bonus! Other than the car parking charge, we haven't found reason to moan.

Nice to have such a high-quality venue in Walsall ! A bit tedious having to pay £2 to park when Cineworld & Odeon provide 3 hours free but I guess this is offset by using less fuel. Concession reductions could be a little better but overall an excellent location. All it needs now is an iMax-equipped screen and having to go to Birmingham to watch films at all would be a thing of the past !!

Went in here on a whim.
Asked the guy behind the counter if the film has started. He advised the trailers would just be ending now. GREAT! So I then order my Food and drink. The guy moved slower then a sloth, even knowing that I was in a rush!
Finally got my stuff and rushed off.
The seats where good and I liked the wide arm rests. But then I had a mouthful of popcorn. The dead sea would have been impressed with the amount of salt in my popcorn!
Other than the grim service. It was a pretty average experience.
