I am disabled. This was my first visit disabled friendly on entrance , disabled toilets, friendly staff lift available buy a big let down unless you like to sit in front of the screen all other seating you have to climb stairs so definitely not for wheelchair users

The screens are great along with the seats. The only complaint is if you want to get a drink/food or buy tickets over the counter, there is always a big queue and never enough staff behind the counter making it very slow.

Very comfortable cinema located in the centre of Walsall. If you see a film that starts before 12 then the tickets are only £5, with the price then increasing as the day goes on- bargain!

Good to have a cinema closer to home as I used to have to travel all the way to Bentley Mill in Walsall to watch movies.

Great little cinema with decent prices and nice clean facilities. It's still new so we will see how long it stays this nice but for now Walsall finally has a great alternative to the overpriced big brand cinemas out of town. Keep up the good work guys. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking before 6pm.

Great friendly staff, plenty of leg room and comfortable seats. Good value Saturday mornings. I take my Great Grandson most weeks. highly recommended. On the downside of it they don't have many films for a 6 year old, we love to go to cinema but seen whats on already.
