I have been dealing with the conveyance of my mothers home with Pickfords for the last 19 months. It has been a very difficult sale and journey, Laura Bridgewater has been with me all the way , we have had very difficult situations, complications, upsets, family dynamics, lots of professional requests and decisions and the death of my mother half way through. Through all this Laura has always been at the end of the phone , made those professional decisions so well and with patience, and commitment to getting things done , always calm and very understanding she really is the best solicitor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. I am a 3rd time returning customer, for a reason, they are top quality and get the job done. Laura, Rebecca and Harpreet always keep me updated as to what is going on and will always answer the phone to explain in simple terms what is needed.

I'd like to say thank-you to Laura for helping with the sale of my elderly parents' home of 49 years. It all completed last week and she guided it through seamlessly. We now have the purchase to go, however I'm sure Laura, Harjinder and Rachel will get us there :-)

Harjinder and Laura have been great keeping us up to date with our first house purchase. Unfortunately delays occurred elsewhere in the chain and Harjinder has been fantastic at supporting our position and helping the sale progress. Very fast replies and updates too. Would definitely recommend!
