I received my long awaited rug this morning and very pleased with the quality of the item. I would like to also add that, although my rug was not in stock at the time of placing my order and was advised immediately it would take several months for new supplies, I decided to wait. Once your company took delivery of these rugs, your staff member Rita, a very polite lady, telephoned me and we agreed a despatch/delivery date. I would recommend your company to any of my relatives or friends who are looking to purchase that very special rug which one is unlikely to see in any shop. Thank you.

Just to say my dealings with this company were second to none { esp Rita } , issue with the payment not a problem , refund of mistake not a problem, quality of product lovely, delivery good even down to saying the rug in stock was not good enough so I will order and send a better one which is exactly what you need when ordering off of the internet.
