My rug arrived at 830 on the morning of the 4th, was securely packaged and in beautiful condition. The delivery driver was polite and took the rug into the room of my choice. I purchased this rug for my mum, from start to finish the whole sales and customer service process has been excellent. I called to enquire about the colour of the rug before purchasing it and rather than receive a hard sell, I was sent an additional picture with clearer colours to enable me to make my decision. I received regular email updates and the rug arrived when promised and in great condition.
The telephone service was also excellent, polite ,efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation. Thanks for all your assistance.
