I ordered over the internet and the rug was out of stock , Rita rang the next day to advise me of this and suggested I looked at others she was not pushy but apologetic and really friendly and helpful. I re ordered another which came in less time than stated and they matched the price of the original one I ordered. A few days later I received an e mail to check all was well.
A great service with persnnel that still give that individual attention would recommend to anyone AND the product is great.

I bought rugs recently and was really happy with the product. However, I was most appreciative of the fact that the company called me to update me on my purchase and when one of my purchases was found to be out of stock, an arrangement was made for it to be shipped to me directly.
I found that the extra effort put in to be excellent and cannot speak more highly of the folks

I had set my heart on a certain rug for our bedroom which I had found on another company's website. I was informed by email there were supply problems and that appeared to be it! But I searched further and came across Rugs Direct 2U, offering the same rug. Again supply problems but offers of help! My previous rug, a present from my mother, had been targeted by my sister's puppy and the dry cleaner had ruined it. Rita offered alternatives but was very understanding that not just any rug would do as a replacement. She kept in touch with me every step to let me know when I could expect my rug and was so friendly and helpful. Eventually the rug arrived just before Christmas, a perfect present. Rita and I agreed the puppy would not be allowed anywhere near it!
