I have used Rugs Direct 2U on 3 occasions now, and each time my order has been treated with old world courtesy (something you do not see very often these days). I have been kept informed of my orders, even to the extent that at one time because of late deliveries from their supplier I was offered any rug from their collection, I am glad I kept to my original order though. The Quality of the rugs is very high class, I only wish I had a large home so I could have rugs everywhere. I know I can recommend them to anyone and they will receive the good service I always have. Living in a fairly small town like Skegness, with a large shopping centre quite a drive a way, I use the internet for purchases particularly for my home. I can honestly say that your service is second to none. Having been a bit disappointed with goods that have arrived and not been as good quality as described on websites I was particularly delighted that the rugs I bought were exactly what I expected and I was really pleased with them both. You kept me informed and it felt much more personal than "track your items" emails that I have recieved in the past. We were impressed that provision was made for an easy return of the rugs even going as far as enclosing a cable tie. I think that this showed confidence in your product. (When I bought the first rug I also bought another one from another company. It arrived so creased that it took a long time to flatten it so we could use it. There was a note which told us in no uncertain terms that it could not be returned if this creasing was the problem). The rug that we bought from you was opened, put down and perfect. Those were the reasons that I came back to you for the second rug and would do so again without even looking elsewhere. Maybe I could possibly have found it being sold at a lower price but a good service is much more important.

The pattern I ordered was unavailable, but I was contacted straightaway and offered a similar alternative. (Which I liked even more.)

Rita saw to it that everything was changed for me and the rug arrived within a week of order.

It was well packaged and in pristine condition.

Rita was friendly polite and helpful throughout and should I need any more new rugs, I will certainly look first at this company who have behaved in a most professional manner.

I will also recommend this site to my friends.
