I cannot rate this place high enough. Have purchased from here before and went back for a custom corner sofa for a new house.
Made to my measurements, and fits perfectly. Mark was fantastic throughout the process, Messaging me/ringing me with updates regularly and when my house was delayed, it was no trouble for the sofa to be stored until I needed it. Prompt delivery and very quick installation.

Would highly recommend Sofa Factory Outlet. We have just purchased our second sofa from here. Mark was fantastic he showed us all the available options and choices making our decision so much easier. Very reliable and professional. We are so happy with our new and previous sofa which is still in amazing condition after 5 years. Mark was very helpful in helping me to decide on the style of sofa I was looking for. Very friendly service and fair prices. Great quality sofa. Delivery drivers were so friendly and even made sure to take their shoes off before entering my living room! Thought that was very courteous and really appreciated this as I've just had new carpet! Would definitely recommend this company. Love that you can go in there and choose any style sofa and customise it to your own design/fabric.

We found the perfect sized Sofa for our Conservatory in their vast Wolverhampton showroom, but we preferred a different fabric....."No problem, we can make it for you". I'd prefer the back cushions to be made an inch or two higher....."No problem, we can do that too".
Delivered on time as promised. I'll definitely be ordering our next sofa from them. Fully recommended if you're in the market for a new sofa or suite.
