Freshly cooked meat from the BBQ served hot with delicious flavours. The methi chicken is a delight. We've been coming for years! No booking required just walk in. Definitely a favourite of the family.

Nice food. Excellent quick service. Wish they did fish pakora though. Gets very busy. Need to get there early to get a table.

Went to The Vine on Friday night with husband and his two boys. I ordered chicken balti. The boys dishes arrived about 10 minutes before my husbands and mine arrived (it wasnt busy) I expected my balti to be in a tomato based sauce but it was more like a cream/yogurt based sauce. There was huge pieces of green pepper and onion that I found hard to digest. I think The Vine needs to buck its ideas up.

I remember we visited back in 2006. I ate the famous pork steaks. Delicious.

This time I ate the fish pakora and chilli chips. Excellent!

The restaurant has expanded and is now a big operation, beautifully presented with a good view of the chef in action! A polite man who acknowledged our thanks as we left.

Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent spot for a pre game drink and bite to eat. Very nice honey and chilli chicken washed down with cobra. Recommend going early as it is very popular and the queues can get long.

Food was actually very good and tasted authentic despite the place looking a bit like a family diner/hungry horse once you get inside to rear of place.

A far cry from the busy place it used to be, but it does mean you can get served much more quickly. The Indian food is great, as it always has been, but quite expensive when compared to local restaurants. Still worth a shot. It appears they now serve just one guest ale, but it's been a good one on both occasions we've visited recently.
