I spoke to Rob regarding insuring a new vehicle. He was very helpful and polite and explained to me everything I needed to know to understand my policy. Picked up a brochure from my local driving test centre for my granddaughter who was learning to drive a few months ago. Well she passed her test this week. There were 3 different insurance companies in the brochure and think insurance was on the back page. On the 31st of October I phoned the 2 other companies and they were roughly the same price. The last one I tried was think insurance and I'm really glad I did. The person I spoke to his name was Jamie. I explained what I needed for my granddaughter and he took all the details and they were a few hundred pounds cheaper than the other companies. I said to Jamie I wouldn't be seeing my granddaughter till the 1st and he said that he would have to speak to her as well and he would phone at 09:30, and he was true to his word. Jamie explained everything so my granddaughter understood what is happening.
