Have been searching unsuccessfully for affordable insurance. Spoke to Joe today who couldn’t find my the quote I wanted BUT at least explained to me why my quotes were coming back ai expensive. Good, honest and helpful. Cheers Joe.

My son is 18, lives in London passed his driving test 1st time and we were quoted astronomical insurance prices. Thank God we found ThinkInsurance. We spoke to Rob and Yoshi who did their absolute best for us. Were patient. Answered all of our questions. No pushy sales talk just a real passion to help us out and showed lots of empathy due to our situation. They truly genuinely wanted to help my son get on the road. They gave us some thinking time and left it up to us to call them back. No time limits or pushy salesmanship. Total professionals very knowledgeable about the current market and products on offer and they gave me confidence to ask any questions and they answered them all. When you are parting with money you need to establish trust with the people that you are dealing with in order to feel comfortable buying the product but also buying it from the people/company. At the end of the day People buy into people and I feel that i have provided my son the abilitity to drive safely in London knowing that he is completely covered with the correct Insurance at a fraction of the cost quoted by other insurance firms. Amazing customer service who genuinely want to help provide the best deal possible who really care about their customers and most important of all they listened, paid attention and delivered. Thank you Rob and Yoshi! If you are looking for car insurance give them a call you won't regret it!!

Dealt with Yoshi about my son’s first car insurance,Came back with a great deal,being a driving instructor myself I hear horror stories from my pupils about there insurance.Yoshi went through everything in great detail and got us a great price.Liked the fact that anything I need to know or have concerns about was told to call him direct…So far excellent service…..⭐️

After a lot of searching, I called Think and was glad that I did. Luke was extremely helpful and spent time to get me the best deal. I liked that I could go away and speak to my daughter as he sent a text over and told me he would keep it open for me until I could confirm we wanted the policy. Extremely helpful man and very competitive rates. I have learned to stay away from comparison sites !
