He phoned me back when he said he would, shopped around and gave good advice on how to reduce my premium, was courteous, pleasant and efficient. I needed to renew my motor trade insurance. Think insurance was the cheapest quote I had from many different brokers. They also catered for the type of policy I needed. Think insurance has excellent customer service. When I rang them to add a vehicle they were very polite and friendly. I have used them previously many years ago and they were nice and friendly back then too. I would highly recommend this insurance broker.
