Yoshi was amazing in getting us the insurance we needed for our son , other quotes we had were absolutely ridiculous.. we asked questions and everything was explained to us regarding terms etc...we felt so much better after speaking to yoshi.

Liked the service from the agent, but she was not empowered to make any decisions, leading to delays.
Disliked the large amount of standard text that the agent had to go through. Much more than other companies that I got quotes from.
Disliked that clarification of my employment type caused an excessive delay to completing the insurance, despite this not affecting the policy on this vehicle.
Disliked waiting while the agent had to deal with other enquiries. I was waiting at the behest of Think Insurance for hours as a result.
