Well what can I say. This has got to be the best insurance company I have ever been with I have just renewed my Motor trade and public liability insurance again for the second year. great prices staff very polite I was dealing with kieron and when he was not Available other staff members where all ways ready to help. If I could give more than 5 stars i would.thank you think insurance keep up the good work.

Top class service. Really impressed in particular with Paul E. After a gap in trading I decided to comeback to Think Insurance, I had Paul E on the phone, the guy is good, very polite and he knows how to treat customers, was so easy to talk to him and he found me the best deal. It's so rare to good customer service agent, most of them don't care or they're driven by money. Paul E was friendly and explained everything clearly, making the whole process stress free and easy. He is a credit to Think Insurance. highly Recommended.

Today I spoke with think insurance representative Robert from the motor insurance policy team they are one of the best team that will provide you excellent insurance quotes i have used other big name brands such as gocompare, moneysupermarket and what not but Think Insurance Services was able to retireve a 75% reduction in price compared to other big name brands and this was all thanks to their representative Robert! I cant thank him enough! The quote was £4600 on my M4 compared to over £10,000 on other big name brands.... you decide for urself! Thanks Robert

Had a quote originally from Paul E. and he was the reason I gave this company the last opportunity for the business. He was welcoming, friendly, not too pushy (which is brilliant) and sounded happy on the phone. He went above and beyond to get me an amazing quote. I rang back to finalise a few things but he was on holiday so spoke to Tom but again, he was the same as in friendly and got a great deal! Thanks to Tom and Paul ‘Think insurance’ have now got a new customer. It really is the service and the staff that make a business and these two guys are real assets to the company! Thank you!
