After finding myself scratching around at the last minute for a trade policy insurance, I did the usual online search for quotes and after a barage of wide boy insurance brokers calling me I had a well spoken and mild mannered guy called Tom calling me from Think Insurance, he took time (backwards and forwards phone calls) to find me the most competitive quote and one that fitted my professional needs. I called up, regarding a problem with my black box dashboard. I was struggling to see how my driving had been. I spoke to a lady called Darcy. She was very helpful, kind, professional and pleasant. I quickly learnt what u had to do and Darcy, got onto the problem right away. I was also able to ask her other questions relating to my policy, in which she answered clearly and confidently.
