I come here often. I grew up here. It is such a shame that some many of the amenities have been closed or removed. However a visitors center has been opened prior to covid and in recent years the water play park has been operating during the summer holidays. Would really be nice to see the rowing boats make a comeback.
The arboretum has many different paths to traverse, a little picture gallery and different wildlife to look out for.
It has a cycle path as well as a golf course, and a skater park too.
Something for everyone really. Well work a visit.❤️

In my opinion it’s a great place to take kids in summer especially my kids love to play in water 💦 even though there is huge place for kids to play football ⚽️ and ride bikes too ❤️😍I like that park I would like to go back there again soon ✌️.

Park is nice ..couple of dog owners ruin it by having dogs on the loose..also the Romanians having barbecues etc and not cleaning after themselves

Beautiful landscaped park with a lake, visitor centre, café, toilets, tennis courts, table tennis, skate park and water/play park. There's even access to a nature reserve that takes you onto the canal if you want a longer walk. Truly the gem in Walsall's crown.
