Really lovely place to go, especially in the autumn or summer. Really well kept gardens, the park rangers, Gardner's and staff are incredibly friendly. You can even get a bite to eat and a hot beverage at the visitors center for a really good price! Feeling sporty? There is a small concrete skatepark near the play area, as well as a basketball/football area on the other side of the path. It's pretty much my second home, I'd 100% recommend visiting if you're in the area.

The greatest part of walsall. The arboretum is a beautiful and historic haven. And there are a lot of activities happening there that benefit the local community. I think everyone thats grown up in walsall has memories from the arboretum.

This place is great for anybody of any age.

For the youngsters it has a huge and really fun playground which has everything from baby swings and small slides, up to a zipline and hanging roundabout.

In the summer there is a water park to splash around in.

For the older kids they have football pitches, with and without permanent goals, a skate park for bikes, skateboards, roller blades and scooters.

It's got a permanent table tennis table, a basketball court and a really decent outdoor gym that spans a field.

There is a large lake you can stroll around, which has pedalos when the season is warmer.

The cafe is great, although a bit expensive, but if you're ever out without food or a drink it's perfect to drop in and recharge. Duck food is also sold here. The facilities here are spotless.

All round a great place to spend the day...what ever the weather!

A green park, great for walks and other physical activities. I haven't exhausted all the possibilities of this place, but I see its potential. I would like to come back here in the summer.
