Amazing customer service and care. Took my car in for a diagnostic to reject my vehicle and they booked me in urgently and kept me up to date with the whole process. Dealt with Gavin personally and cannot fault his knowledge, experience and customer service! Has even helped me find a new car and look into the history of the vehicle to avoid any more problems with the next car. 100% would recommend and all the staff are lovely and helpful!

I had an oil leak, and they kindly fitted me in the very same day I called. Within just three hours, the job was done. While I waited, I sat in their comfortable, air-conditioned reception and got some work done. In that short time, I saw first-hand how exceptionally they handle their customers professional, friendly, and efficient. These guys are great, started taking my car here after my old mechanic retired. Their pricing is fair, the work they do is top quality. Recently just had my MOT with them and booked it online and got reminders all the way until the day.

They assessed my vehicles issue in a timely fashion and advised next steps, including cost and timing.
Nothing went to plan, every issue caused a new one and it took eight days to get it all sorted. They called at every opportunity to explain and apologise.
On collection I expected a inflated bill, but no they stuck to the original quote stating customer relationships are important to them. They made no money from this job, quite the opposite.
A rare gem i.e. a honest garage, that wants to help, without having your pants down.😁

Had 4 new tyres fitted today and a wheel alignment couldn't fault the work done very good price and very friendly and helpful staff second time I've used them will definitely be back highly recommend thanks guys
