Can’t recommend this place enough. Recently had a failed MOT and they fixed me in and did an exceptional job and staff were really kind and helpful. Also had tyre problems and were thoroughly fixed within hours of the issue. A must go garage!

As a long time customer my vehicle needed some work done for an mot re test.
Initially I was going to do the work myself as I'm an experienced and qualified mechanic but with the recent wet weather I decided to get the more serious jobs done at the service centre and repaired the double indicator fault myself.
Called on the 28th December for a quote and was told I'd be given a few price options....it's now the evening before the 5th January and still no call back so going to order the OEM parts and the press tool and do it myself. 10 day retest duration is up (I know due to Christmas that this would probably run over anyway).
They did the same last year on the other side, same job, I had to call back after 4 days reminding them I'm waiting for a quote for mot failure repairs.
Always been pretty good to be fair but last 12 months has put me off coming back. Sorry.

I had my BMW m o t done at Walsall wood tyre and service today and it passed, the staff are all amazing and very friendly i highly recommend this garage and I'll definitely be using it in the future, thanks to all the staff. Dave Winfield

Ash and the guys in the tyre bay are great, always professional and friendly. Only downfall is no coffee machine. I was parched!

I was stranded the van I was in had a flat and two spare tires Great start!!!! However peaked too soon a jack and a wheel brace were know where to be found quick check on google and the help of random passer by Walsall Wood Tyre to the rescue. Customer service was friendly professional and effective because the were busy with their booking but just a few minutes they were able to sort me out and get me on my way can’t recommend highly enough brilliant if only they all like that

I would just like to say a big big thank you to Walsall Wood tire services. The young man who came out to look after me was very polite helpful and couldn’t do too much for me the company itself went out the way to make sure I was dealt with quickly and promptly. Booked online for their next day mobile tyre fitting service. They followed this up with a courtesy phone call and to offer me additional time slots. The fitter called me just before he came and was on time, polite, professional and efficient. Overall a great reliable tyre fitting service. Will definitely use again!
