I live nearby and phoned first thing after leaving the house for work and spotting a flat tyre. I spoke to Ashley in reception who was clear, professional, informative, polite and could not have been more helpful. Within a few minutes, Jack arrived at the house and was replacing the tyre on our drive. He was equally professional and helpful, had the tyre replaced in a few minutes, and I was good to go... and at exactly the (very reasonable) price Ashley had quoted earlier. Not only that but Jack spotted another tyre on the vehicle in poor condition whilst there and offered to order an identical tyre to the one he'd used in case I wanted that one replacing too (and I know that was a genuine spot as the tyre he was referring to had recently been recommended for replacement as an MOT advisory). Good service, in whatever capacity that is delivered, is always worth noting and I can't speak too highly of my experience with this garage. It'll definitely be the first of many. Thank you.

Good Friday and I found out I needed 4 new tyres. Turned up at 3:30 with no booking and they were able to fit me in within 30 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service!

Not the first time I've used the garage and won't be the last. Continue to keep going back to them as they can't help you enough, decent prices, can usually get booked in at short notice when needed. It's a place we'll always recommend to others.

Had a punture at home, walsall wood tyres came to us . The whole team at walsall wood tyres. The manager, the women in reception and the fitter. Verry friendly, helpfull and proffesional. The price they charged was verry competartive. I would recomend this company and will use them from now on.

I wish I had found them sooner. Their pricing was excellent, and service bang on. As they did not have the tyre we were looking for I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to source and fit by early afternoon, and we were called by Ashleigh to say its all done, and ready for collection. Nice professional set up. We will be back.

Really top class service. The only place I bring my BMWs too. Ashleigh and her team in the tyre bay have expert knowledge of both tyres and the deeper issues behind them, such as specialist bmw alignment and tracking. The whole team give you a top class service, very quick and friendly. Really easy to book in, get print outs of all the work and give you a friendly down of earth feedback. Rang them 8 minutes before they were closing. I was out of the shop with a brand new tyre fitted in 10 mins of arrival. Would highly recommend as the prices were much lower than other big chains.
