Fantastic company. Had my wheels refurbished and the quality was wonderful and exceeded expectations. Not only that but the team are friendly, knowledgeable and actually care about the customer. Special mention for Ashley who was great on reception. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Another brilliant service provided today. I had 4 ceased metal dust caps stuck on my valves, had all 4 removed and replaced with new ones for only £20, I was expecting to pay alot more and thought I'd have to wait a while to be booked in, but done same day and within half an hour. Great service and friendly staff everytime. Only garage I ever go to now as trust them and they have been great with every problem and routine check up,always helpful and priced reasonably, also help out with prices for minor problems.

After many calls to several companys to try and sort a spare out for a caravan. I rang Walsall wood tyres Ashley and her colleagues were more than helpful..Explained i needed to buy an alloy then have the tyre fitted. They ordered in the true size i needed. Jack came this morning and replaced the caravan tyres and put one onto the alloy for a spare for me. This is the second time using walsall wood tyres for the 2 caravans. Jack was friendly, professional and showed me the damage on the old tyres.Would highly recommended..I will be using them again as and when i need to including my car. Thankyou to all staff i spoke to and dealt with. I can now enjoy towing with ease.

Awesome customer service. Arranged to drop car in to check on a tyre after a screw was found lodged in tread. The team removed the object and checked over my tyre but found no puncture so I was not charged. Excellent customer service from first contact through to leaving the garage. Would highly recommend.

The team were amazing, they managed to book my car in asap and sort the problem quickly. Luke kept in constant contact with me to give me updates on my vehicle. All the team were really knowledgable and explained the situation in depth so I was fully in the loop of the issue with my car and how they were resolving it.
