All staff are approachable, polite and knowledgeable. They are also honest about what work/repairs your vehicle will need or doesn't need. I have been using these guys for the past year now and I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I have used this company for years, always had great customer service and have been happy with the work completed on my car and with the cost of work completed. The team have recently spent time talking with me about if it may be time to swap my car and what cars may be best for me. I can highly recommend.

Excellent service. We were in Walsall on business overnight from Devon and managed to get a piece of metal in our tyre. Luckily it hadn’t gone all the way through so hadn’t caused a puncture. They pulled the metal out and checked all the other tyres free of charge.

Were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Had an urgent need for a tire to be replaced on my driveway on the day. Delays outside of their control but they still managed to get here and even reduced the price due to the delays. Great service throughout and offered the best rate. No reason to go elsewhere. Highly recommended.

I’ve recently used the garage for diagnostic work on a warranty claim. The garage couldn’t find the issue but was honest about it. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lydia who was lovely and very helpful. I will use the garage again.

I couldn’t recommend Walsall Wood Tyres enough, their customer service is second to none. Along with the amazing work they did for me, it was all done within a few hours of me calling Nathan. He even allowed me to use a car to get to work whilst mine was with them, my car was then dropped off to my workplace. Incredible customer service along with absolutely fantastic prices for the work that was carried out, I couldn’t recommend a garage anymore! Thank you again Nathan and the team 👍🏻

I have been using this Garage since 2019 for MOT purposes. I have to say the service is excellent. Being a woman, it can feel quite intimidating going to a workshop however I always feel as ease here. I last went on 15/10/22 for my annual MOT and I have to say the lady on reception was absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is very professional. They were very busy as usual, but I didn't have to wait around too long and was very happy with the service. I would recommend this Garage and give it 10/10. Thank you,

Great service today as always. Had a screw in a tyre that was only 4 weeks old and couldn’t be repaired 😞 so I ordered a tyre expecting to pay another £140 when they advised there is an accidental warranty with the Falken range of tyres they specialise in and it comes with a discount scheme.
So in the end a brand new tyre has cost me £14! I’ve Used Nathan and his team for a long time and recommend you do too! 👌🏻
