I have found the Pilates classes organised and run by Jayne Pugh to be excellent and second to none. Jayne looks after each member of the class, is very personable and keeps participants highly energised during the class. She also keeps us amused during the class with her witty sense of humour and is very engaging and interactive. My flexibility and wellbeing has improved tremendously since taking part in her classes. I highly recommend MA Performance and their Pilates classes. 5 stars is probably not enough for a rating, I would give them 7 stars if there was the choice to do so.
