The work these ladies have gone to making sure that their customers and themselves are safe during the Covid pandemic is nothing short of what I’ve come to expect as a loyal Chatabox customer. The salon has always been spotless and the extra measures they’ve put in place leave me in no doubt that myself and my Daughter are safe when visiting them any time. There’s a reason they have a loyal customer base, they look after us all fantastically and I for one cannot wait for them to reopen so I can get back in the chair. They make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, nothing is too much trouble and I have never once been unhappy with my hair in the whole time that I’ve been a customer (Over 10 years!) They have always gone the extra mile and I’ve already recommended them to many friends for special hair ups. Here’s to many more years of making us feel glamorous xxx

I've been using Chatabox since they opened and have never once come out of there unhappy, You're always guaranteed a warm welcome and fantastic service. The girls are always really friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with whatever treatment/style you're having. I have also been taking my daughter there since she was a baby (she's now almost 5) and they're always great with her too. Cannot recommend them enough, I've never found a salon where I feel more comfortable and with guaranteed customer satisfaction every time.
