My downstairs loo had not been flushing properly for over a week so on Sunday i decide to do something about it , on lifting the inspection cover I decided it was a job for the professionals.I sent a message to the director via Facebook and he got back to me immediately and told me somebody would be around within the hour(on a Sunday). Ian duly arrived and quickly identified the problem and dealt with it he also put his camera into the drain which revealed a slight root ingression due to next doors ivy,He got rid of the roots and also cleaned a further 2 galleries,A s it was around lunch time Ian could smell cooking and offered to wait whilst we had lunch , not neccesary but thoughtful. So a great service from a nice guy.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Luke,Paul & Luke of SPTP&GS; for their recent work fitting my new Combi Boiler , they worked cleanl and efficiently to ensure that we were not inconvenienced for to long. I would not hesitate to recommend their services .
