I'd like to say a massive thank you to all your staff that looked after my grandad in the time he was in your care home. He was really looked after really well and had the best support from all the staff in there. Your staff are so friendly and I can't thank you enough for the help and support you gave my grandad. The care that was given from your staff was a very high standard. It was such a pleasant place for him and for us to visit there to see him.
