December 2015 . Had a leak in my roof , was recommended to middlebrook property maintenance by a colleague who uses Sean's firm for all there property maintenance. How glad am I that we had that reccomendation. From start to finish he was professional , knowledgeable and even took photos of my roof and took the time to explain to a complete novice about the repairs needed , he sent me a quote later that day and even copied in a video of the dry valleys that he would be installing to give me an idea of what it would look like. All the staff were professional and polite and completed the task in a timely and consistent manner clearing up any mess has they went along. I cannot recommend this company enough . It turns out our neighbours have also had work carried out by this company and also speak very highly of them . The power of word of mouth and reccomendations for this company must be one of its strongest assets . Cannot fault them !!
