Very impressive. We had 3 large bay windows to replace. From start to finish we received excellent service. The survey and planning were thorough and detailed with lots of options for us to consider. From our order being placed to fitting was only a few weeks and the Fitting team arrived on the day planned, on time and ready to go. They let us know their plan and helped where ever possible to keep disruption to a minimum. Where issues arose as they will in older houses, they discussed options with us. They definitely knew their job. Work was to a high standard and we are delighted with the quality of the completed job. We should also mention the very friendly and efficient Office support. It’s so much easier to have a known contact rather than an anonymous call centre. We got through a lot of tea during fitting.
Tom came along to assess our roof renovations. He gave us a comprehensive report at a very good price for the work. The work was carried out to a very high level of finish quality. We would be very happy to recommend this company.
PVCu Direct are a local firm where you deal with the people in person. They know their business, provided friendly advice and delivered as they said they would. I would use them again.
