after a very bad job by another drainage company i called drain doctor told them my problem and they came the following day (new years day) Richard attended looked at the problem and did is best that day to fix my problem but due to limited light and a full cess pit he could not really be expected to finish the job but he kept trying no matter what until it was no longer possible but he did make it so my drain was clear enough to give me some time to empty the cess pit and still be able to use my sewage without problems and arranged to return his attitude was he would fix my problem no matter how long it took he returned 3 days later as arranged with his co worker another Richard they worked for 2 or three hours and with there determination and perseverance fixed my problem for the pre arranged very reasonable price both the guys were very pleasant and really cared about me the customer and went beyond excellent in there service i cannot recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to use them again knowing i will get excellent service every time thank you very much drain doctor and especially Richard and Richard
