As complete strangers to this area and living in Liverpool it was difficult for me to find tradespeople and where shops where within the Pelsall area for items I required for the property we had just bought. I struck lucky when I ran Carpets Direct 2U and spoke to Mandy to ask if she stocked a particular type of carpet. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the new area I was moving in to. I asked her to give me other names of tradies that I required and in every case they were fantastic. We bought our new carpet and Robert the co owner of the business tried to help me save money and advised I did not require new underlay - which wold have added to the expense. They certainly know their carpets and every time I went into the shop they were busy- either on the phone taking orders or dealing with the constant stream of customers. However, they still made me feel comfortable and happy with what I was buying. I could not recommend this family business highly enough - for choice, price, helpfulness and I will always think of Mandy the way I expressed my feelings to her when sitting in Liverpool trying to organise all the new purchases and small jobs to be done on our home there - that was Mandy was my first friend in Walsall and that I have to thank her for.
