Gary was extremely helpful and arrived to fix our freesat satellite problem on the same day as me contacting him, and I didn't call him until 2pm(!) Other technicians had come and gone without sorting the problem, one even said he hadn't got the correct meter to investigate the issue! Gary turned up on the same day and fixed the problem within an hour, Great service!
