Actually replied to text messages which is a rarity and then came out pretty quickly to sort leaking stopcock. Gave options, including free option if simply turning the tap fixed it! Price was ok, and I was happy to pay it with the speed of call out. Also helped with with o ring for leaking tap outside free of charge. Would not hesitate to use again.
