Following the passing of my father in November, all of the staff at your business have been most helpful, with the utmost respect. We have now travelled to Lake Garda in Italy, to scatter his ashes at a hotel he spent many happy holidays at. The scatter tube and certification you organised made the trip hassle free, and if any other families are considering doing the same, the customs officers handled the transition through, with respect and spoke in a very understanding manner. Highly recommend! We went into the Pelsall shop after being recommended by a friend and so pleased we did. There were no pushy sales and the advice we were given was great, it was more about the right carpet for us and not trying to sell us the most expensive. Everyone who comes round now compliments us on our carpet, we love it! Thank you!
