Jay's Disco's, Cannock

booked J.A.B.S for my wife's 40th birthday party, it was meant to be a surprise on the 23rd of May 2020, but due to the Corona Virus, we have had to cancel, we had booked a dj and photo booth, when we contacted J.A.B.S events to cancel, they informed us that they would give us 12 months to rebook another event with them, so if we wanted to rebook my wife's party or even move it to my sons 18th we could do that, all of our other suppliers haven't given us this option, they have just charged us the full amount and said that its not their fault that the event has been cancelled, whereas J.A.B.S have been very understanding and worked with us as to assure that we are still able to book something with them in the future, this is the best service I have received, and I will be rebooting something with them in the future, I cannot tell you how much they have worked with is to help us make sure that we stay as customers, we have sent appropriately 40 emails and 6 or 7 phones calls and not once have they been unhelpful, every time we have contacted them they have answered and helped us move forward. Cheers and see you the other side, when we will have the party of all PARTIES.
