We recently needed 7 new windows, including 2 x large bays, and after speaking with several companies, decided to try Leamore Windows. From the first meeting, the sales guy Gavin, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, making some good suggestions that we hadn’t even thought of. The quotation whilst not the cheapest was VERY competitive indeed and reflected exactly what we had discussed. We decided to visit the showroom to be absolutely sure before we committed to purchase but again, we found the quality and professionalism on show to be very reassuring. It is a very impressive set up, so we paid our deposit there and then. From that point on, the communication and indeed the whole process, worked flawlessly. On the actual fitting days, we had the pleasure of Dale, Ben and Harry working with us. The windows were great, as we’d expected, but the service and attention to detail shown was beyond our expectations. They arrive bang on time each day and set immediately to work. They were very respectful, removing shoes before walking on the new carpets, and were meticulous in everything they did. They continually checked we were happy and any small concerns we had were rectified quickly and without argument. Overall, I cannot rate this company highly enough. From conception to completion, it has been a no hassle project. A quality product, a fabulous service AND the right price too. The only slight negative is that the lead time to wait for installation can be longer than some. However, this is clearly an indication of just how busy they are and trust me, it was worth the wait.
