I emailed to request a quote for a replacement window unit (and possible 2nd unit). A response was quickly received which I was more than happy with. Called to book a visit to check my measurement, which was done quickly. Order placed and once units had been received, were installed quickly. I would recommend PVCu Direct as they were polite, friendly and efficient, also they were one who responded to my initial email, some other companies didn't reply or wanted an exorbitant call out fee.
