At last, a piercer who knows what they're doing.
Emma is a real expert and was honest with me about the piercing I had hoped for not being a possibility - you have to respect that.
She did however remove the ridiculous, misplaced piercing that had been done elsewhere, replacing it with a correctly positioned and very nice piece of jewellery.
Will definitely be going back.

Today I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. From the moment we got there Vicki and Emma showered her with love, confidence building and helping her understand the proccess. It was honestly like a performance! They were so friendly, and made it like she was the only customer in the world. I can't thank them enough for their brilliant enthusiasm, professionalism and more. She’s always there to answer any questions & I never knew how important it was to downsize jewellery until she pointed out my conch bar which was way too long and she changed it to a shorter one for me. Fantastic service from Vikki (and all staff friendly) Piercings for both my wife and I. Professional, very clean and she couldn’t do enough to help us. I had to pop back as the bar length needing swapping out early. Was no trouble at all and provided reassurance piercing was going to fit perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and recommend to anyone needing an experienced piercer in the area.
