We would like to express our thanks to Warwick Glass for the advice given when choosing our new windows and for the straightforward and hassle free way in which the process of getting a quote and agreeing the contract was handled. In particular we were grateful of the fitters, who worked so hard and were very careful inside and outside our home. They paid attention to many of the details that less rigorous craftsmen miss and evidently took pride in what they were doing.

We would like to thank all concermed following the successful installation of window units, solar panes of glass and the front door to our cottage. We are so ready to criticise and don’t often give praise when it is due! I would like to thank the two employees who fitted windows for me. They were a pleasure to have around the home, working so hard in spite of heavy rain at one point, with no fuss or mess! I would like to take this opportunity to thank some of the people involved with our installation. First, Mike Hobley who provided the initial quote for the work. Having previously had a number of nightmare encounters with double glazing salesmen I was very sceptical, however Mike was professional, non-pushy and listened where all the other salesmen just talked. It was Mike’s attitude that persuaded us to choose Warwick Glass. I would also like to thank Dave who fitted the windows and turned up every day despite having his van broken into. Last, but definitely not least, I would like to thank Leo Dolan who looked after the installation through to completion. Leo was on site often to check on the progress of the work and was proactive and helpful in resolving any problems that arose. He was also very good at keeping me informed of what progress was being made regarding our replacement door handle and door panel.

We’re writing about how pleased we are with the service we have received from Warwick Glass to date. There were a few teething problems, which were sorted out within a few weeks, and overall we are delighted with the double glazed windows and French doors that were fitted.
