We have recently had all our windows replaced (11 in total). I am writing to say how pleased we are with our experience of using Warwick Glass again.
The windows look great and we feel that this is due in no small part to the professionalism and experience of our installation team. We have an old house and not all the window apertures are as square as they should be! This meant that they had to work through quite a few problems during the fitting but their problem solving skills were second to none. They were always pleasant, worked hard and have done an excellent job. They are also the biggest tea-bags we have ever met - never once refused a cuppa!

I am very pleased with the installation, both in terms of quality of the product and the efficient manner in which the doors were fitted. Your installation team carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. The new doors certainly seem to have made quite a difference to the warmth of the room.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone thinking of installing replacement windows.

I was very pleased by the feedback I had from the tenant who commented on how dilligant and professional the installers were, completing the job in the minimum time, to a high standard and then clearing up and making good the plasterwork after completion. Its really encouraging to see that this kind of excellence of customer service still exists. I have received enquiries from a couple of neighbours and have passed on your details to them.

I don’t think you could have sent me two people to fit the door and window who could do a more efficient job than they did, please thank them for me. Both door and window look really well and in keeping with this building, I am delighted with them.
