Marlin came to us highly recommended by friends. We engaged them to convert our garage into a habitable room and extend the box room into a fair sized bedroom on the 1st floor. We have been very impressed with their work. They started work when we agreed and then turned up everyday thereafter regardless of the weather. They used materials of excellent quality that are sympathetic with the house. They sourced roof tiles to match the existing weathered tiles and the new brickwork and window follow the existing pattern perfectly.
