I've been training here for nearly a year. The instruction is first rate and the atmosphere friendly with the higher belts more than willing to pass on their knowledge to the beginners. Whether you're an experienced bjj practitioner or a rank beginner, as I was, you'll find a great team to train and roll with. I can't recommend it highly enough.
