Gary came out to sort out my poorly installed Sky dish and diagnosed the problem perfectly. He said I needed a swan neck fixing for which he quoted a fair price. He came on time, was totally friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Gary likes to ensure that the job he does is to total satisfaction and he has a geat attention to detail. My Sky dish is now fixed prowled and finally I've got a decent signal. I'd definitley recommend R&G and would definitely ask Gary to do more work for me. Ten out of ten.
