We gave them a huge challenge recently and they embraced it fully. We then moved the goal posts, asked for changes to be made to the original plan - they embraced that too! We asked Pep for 99 banners for our Art Event and they not only did those but gave us paper copies of each banner so we could check them off - this was very helpful when some became damaged in the wind and we needed to order more. Pep went above and beyond with this project and we can't thank them enough for their professional, speedy and friendly service. Big thanks in pasrticular to Nick in the studio for all his tireless picture arranging.
