We are Swiss/Turkish and were totally unfamiliar to all processes and procedures involved in acquiring a long term lease on a flat in London. From the start Stuart Rosenberg has been patiently explaining all details to our full satisfaction. In the course of the process some hurdles came up, which were totally out of our control and the result of mistakes of third parties. Stuart Rosenberg patiently solved all issues related thereto and successfully completed our transaction . There was considerable extra work involved and we insisted to make some extra payment, but this was refused by Stuart. All in all we receieved a top professional service and we would be very happy to use Rosenberg & Co again and/or to recommend to our friends.
