Stuart Rosenberg was recommended to us with the promise that we would have nothing less than A* service from start to finish. We instructed him for both a sale and purchase. There were obstacles in both transactions (odd requests from our buyer and odd behaviour from our seller!) and we had a tight timetable to work to, but Stuart and his professional, practical and quick advice managed to get us through the issues with minimal hassle. I employed Stuart Rosenberg for the conveyancing of a sale and purchase of my property. He keeps you up to date with all aspects and is especially good at his attention to detail in all matters and explaining issues to you in non jargon when needed. I first encountered Stuart Rosenberg about ten years ago professionally (working as an estate agent) he was the solicitor acting for a client on the sale and purchase of their house and new flat.
